Location was excellent. Parking was expensive but convenient. We had a good view over the harbour. Front reception staff were very good. Room and bathroom sizes were good.

The location is very good, and the front desk service is very satisfactory. The room is very clean. Surprisingly, it was great to see the sea view.

Great location and breakfast buffet. Friendly staff and a lovely town to wander about.

Very close to the shopping area and the water. Super animal friendly! They even provided a dog bed and a drinking bowl. Breakfast was very extensive and fresh. Great parking facilities under the hotel. Staff was helpful and professional.

Breakfast was good. But i think they need also banana, watermelon and vetekaka. Maybe some kanellbulle. Otherwise all the time are same breakfast.

Breakfast was very good and the hotel is in a good position for us. Rooms are comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff were excellent and attentive. I lost my mobile and they helped with the contact arrangements as well as checking locations in the hotel. It was recovered after I got home. Breakfast was very good

Location - centre of the town and handy for places to eat, shopping. Close to the rail station. Excellent hotel as regards reception area and staff. Room very good though bathroom a little too warm. WiFi worked well. Excellent all you can eat breakfast. Overall very good value for money.

Early check in availability (7:30 am) without any additional charges. Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very reach and high quality.
